These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of SeasonShop e-commerce services.

1. Account & OTP Access

- Users are responsible for safeguarding access to the mobile device and SIM used for OTP authentication.

Only one active customer account per mobile number is permitted.

2. Pricing & Stock Availability

- Seasonal produce prices and weights are listed transparently on the storefront.

While placing an order, inventory is reserved for 15 minutes to allow secure payment completion.

If payment is not completed within the time window, the reservation is released automatically.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
